智选酒店员工培训问题的研究概要

摘要:到2020年把中国建设成为世界旅游强国是21世纪我国的一项战略目标,酒店行业作为旅游业的重点支撑产业之一,近年来发展迅猛。然而随着酒店业的快速发展,酒店的专业人才缺乏、员工整体综合素质不高、人员离职率居高不下等问题逐渐浮出水面,成为摆在管理者面前的一道难题,究其根源在于酒店对于员工培训的重视程度不够,培训的方式方法相对单一,培训的成果转化过慢,培训评估体系也不够健全。可见,构建高效的人力资源培训体系,对于提高员工素质,增加酒店内部凝聚力,提高酒店核心竞争力,促进酒店企业文化的形成,可以起到积极的作用,对酒店和个人的发展具有深远的意义。
本文以智选酒店为研究对象,以国内外员工培训的相关理论及模型为指导,通过对酒店现有员工培训体系以及对酒店内外部环境的的实地调查,分析了酒店现有培训体系存在的诸多问题即根结所在。论文从组织系统、培训对象划分、需求分析、培训计划、课程体系、实施体系、评估体系等七方面入手,提出了完善酒店培训的一系列建设性、创新性的解决对策和实施方案,旨在用系统的观点来优化智选酒店的员工培训体系,为智选酒店能够持续良好的发展破除障碍。

The in a hotel as the research object, with the theories and models of domestic and foreign staff training as a guide by field survey of current hotel staff training system, and the internal and external environment of the hotel comprehensive analysis, mining the existing hotel training system exists many problems, and through further investigation and found the hotel in employee training system are the root of problems where. This article in the analysis based on the current situation of hotel training in demonstration, combined with the hotel's actual situation and the staff's own characteristics, the establishment of the employee training system optimization clear after optimization of the new training system, principles, to the hotel staff and needs as the starting point, set up with training needs analysis for project oriented training goals in training courses for staff of the optimization design is done. Good hotel security training system operation, starting from the organization system, training object division, needs analysis, training plan, curriculum system, implementation system, evaluation system and so on seven aspects, improve the hotel training a series of security measures, to ensure that the hotel staff training is able to achieve tangible results. This paper aims at using the view of system to optimize a hotel staff training system, in the hope of providing a to follow the training mode version for star hotel, a view to play a valuable role.
